The Beach Boys-Do It Again

By On February 5, 2012 Under Sunshine Beach Rentals

Do It Again by The Beach Boys from Sounds of Summer Lyrics: It’s automatic when I Talk with old friends The conversation turns to Girls we knew when their Hair was soft and long and the Beach was the place to go Suntanned bodies and Waves of sunshine the California girls and a Beautiful coastline Warmed up weather Let’s get together and Do it again With a girl the lonely sea looks good with moonlight Make sure night-time’s warm and out of sight Been so long (Hey now hey now hey now hey now hey now) (Hey now hey now hey now hey now hey now) Well I’ve been thinking ’bout All the places we’ve surfed and danced and All the faces we’ve missed so let’s get Back together and do it again

I could easily imagine this as an intro song for a California movie.

@jforce1100 The B side in the USA was “Wake the World”. Perhaps the same in the UK.

May I recommend the book ‘A Pop Revolutuion, the transatlantic music scene 1965 to 1969′ by the invisible man. The author is a big fan of this track.
